Jerry Seinfeld was driving his 1967 Fiat BTM in the East Hamptons area when the brake failure occurred.  He also tried to use the emergency brake, but that failed also.  The 1967 Fiat BTM pictures are very hard to come by.  Many people are wondering what the car looks like that Jerry was driving.

The ATA Bankruptcy comes as a surprise to some people, but it just goes to show how much the airline industry is struggling right now.  It is obviously compacted by the struggling US economy which does not help in these times.  Air Tran Airlines had an unexpected cancellation of a military charter flights contract and because of that it made it impossible to get financing.  The ATA Bankruptcy has also caused the airline to state that it will no longer honor reservations or tickets and that customers should find alternate means of transportation. 

The airline also issued an apology in their statement saying that there employees worked really hard to avoid having this happen, but there is not much else they can do at this point.  ATA Bankruptcy has caused the airline to shutdown.  If we hear anymore news about this story we will provide an update.

Authorities are still investigation the sequence of events the led up to Lauren Burk being shot.  They are quite sure how it happened.  Her car was found in flames at the campus about 20 mintues after she was found.  There does not seem to be and strong leads in the case as police are struggling to figure out what happened.

The Auburn student shot news comes at a time when school shootings seem to be growing at a fast pace.  Lauren Burk is aother victim of a school shooting and deserves to be remembered.  We will continue to follow this story and provide any breaking news updates.

The Florida Blackout was completely unexpected and there have been some news reports that have provided some insight as to what happened.  The Miami power outage was caused by a problem with a Dade County substation.  This led to the loss of a transmission line and caused many power plants to shut down. 

The Florida Blackout triggered an emergency program that is designed to stop power consumption when things like this happen to keep the electric system in balance.  A spokesperson for the Florida Power & Light company said that the Miami power outage problem has been fixed and they are now working to restore power to people in South Florida.  We will continue to follow this story and provide any breaking news updates. 

The Paul Tilley suicide was deemed that way by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office.  It seems that they have not found any signs of foul play in the incident.  He was only 40 years old and was married with two children.  He was extremely successful at what he did as he managed big clients like OfficeMax, Anheuser-Busch, and McDonald’s. 

This is a sad time for all those that knew Paul.  With the Paul Tilley suicide it will be difficult for his family and friends to move on.  Funeral plans have not yet been made public.  We will provide any breaking news updates that we hear about this story. 

If you are wondering when is the Visa IPO planned, you shouldn’t have to wait long.  The private company has said they plan to issue their IPO as soon as possible.  The closest IPO to the $18.8 billion Visa Inc. is seeking was the $10 billion AT&T wireless received back in the year 2000.

The Huckabee SNL Youtube video is pretty funny to watch, but more importantly it provide a little insight as to why he has not dropped out of the race for the Republican presidential nomination.  The segment was good and at times it was kind of hard to tell whether he was just being funny or really trying to get his message across in a funny manner. 

Many have wondered why Mike Huckabee hasn’t dropped out yet because it is pretty obvious that John McCain has locked up the nomination.  The Huckabee SNL video provides the insight that many have been hoping for.  I guess maybe he could always feel in on the show as he was a pretty big hit last night.  If we hear anymore news about this story we will provide an update.
