The original apple cider vinegar diet was created back in the 1950’s. The basic idea of the apple cider vinegar diet plan is to take a few teaspoons of apple cider vinegar before each meal and doing so will help curb your appetite and help you to eat less food. It is also believed in this diet that the apple cider vinegar will help your body to burn fat instead of storing it in the body.
You can find this in liquid form or there are also apple cider vinegar diet pills that you can take. I would imagine the pill would not have a taste so that may be a better route for those that don’t like the smell or taste of vinegar. This diet is designed to help people eat less so if you really want it to work you should plan to eat less at your meals and the orignal apple cider vinegar diet will help make sure that you eat less.
You can find this don’t at your local pharmacy or drug store in most cases. Also remember that for this to be the most effective it is recommened that you get 30 mintues of exercise daily. Make sure that you speak with you doctor prior to starting your apple cider vinegar diet to make sure it is right for you.
