Jennifer Hepner Miss Montana DUI

Thats right Jennifer Hepner DUI is official. The Miss Montana representative has plead not guilty to the DUI charge. The Miss Montana DUI is not the first for celebrities. This seems to be an all to common occurence these days.

The Miss Montana Dui case is quite interesting because she plead not guilty to the charges. It seems a little difficult to disprove that you were drunk. The memo from the court room shows that she has filed a claim against the arresting police officer saying that he did not follow procedure and the arrest was illegal.

It sounds like the Jennifer Hepner DUI case is going to be one of those guilty gets off scott free due to technical difficulties. We will continue to follow this case and provide an update when we know more about what is going on.

Fortunately, this is not how our system of justice works. The prosecution needs to prove that she WAS drunk. She doesn’t have to prove anything.
