Amy Stockstill Passed Away, Joel Stockstill Mourns

Amy Stockstill passed away on Monday night and now her husband Joel Stockstill mourns. She died from what is believed to be cancer. This is a sad day for her husband as well as family members and all those that knew her.
Amy Stockstill and Joel Stockstill are the pastors of 220, which is the youth ministry of Bethany World Prayer Center. They both have done a lot of good in the world. About a week ago Joel asked that everyone pray for his wife to make a rapid recovery. They number of people that responded to that request was amazing. She began to make a steady improvement, but she ended up not making it.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Amy Stockstill and Joel Stockstill and the rest of there family. If we hear any more news about this story we will provide an update.

I was at Deluge and at the upsidedown confrence. Amy was a beautiful person inside and out and when we prayed for her at Deluge and at the hospital I truely felt that God was gonna keep her with us but i know he always has a reason for everything. Joel your still in our prayers with the rest of your family.

I’m on the late show but I am deeply saddend by this news. Amy and Joel have been a tremendous blessing to my family and I. As a matter of fact, my husband received confirmation from God that I was his wife after hearing a message Joel preached about how he and Amy met and married. In turn we named our first daughter “Bethany”. I’m in awe at his strength and faith. It is a testiment to what God Is!
