Gregg William Bergersen Arrested on Spy charges? The defense department employee was one of 4 people that were arrested today for allegedly providing classified information to China.

Gregg William Bergersen is 51 years old is now facing up to 10 years in prison for his actions. He was officially charged with disclosing national defense information to an unauthorized person. There were three other people arrested today involving the same type of stuff. There names are Tai Shen Kuo, Yu Xin Kang, and Kongfan Greg Chung. The last individual mentioned is a Boeing engineer and the other two people mentioned are from New Orleans.

It is hard to believe that a Defense department employee such as Gregg William Bergersen could do something like this to his own country. There has not been any mention of the motive behind providing the classified information. It will be interesting to find out if he received money or if he just hates the United States.
