Who is Sam Lutfi? Well he is supposedly the side kick of Britney Spears. He is getting a lot of attention in the news today because of an incident that took place last night. Britney was apparently rushed to the hospital in an ambulance. This wasn’t just any hospital though she has been committed involuntarily to a psychiatric ward for 72 hours.

Again who is Sam Lutfi? Some people believe he is controlling Britney Spears life while others feel he is helping her. Britney’s family hates Sam Lutfi, they believe is ruining their daughters life. Others argue that he is helping her by getting her away from her parents who have a questionable history in her life at best.
