The 6 Meter Club is a club that includes a bunch of pole vaulters. In order to join the club and get your name on the list you have to clear 6 meters or higher while pole vaulting.
The 6 Meter Club really does not have many people that have made it. Which shows the difficulty of clearing 6 meters while pole vaulting. There are currently only 15 members of the club. The earliest member to clear 6 meters dates all the way back to 1998. The latest member to join the club was this year, 2008.
Steve Hooker from Australia is the latest member to join the 6 Meter club. He is only 25 years old. If we hear anymore breaking news regarding this story we will provide an update.
