Chris Allport Killed in Avalanche? The 60 year old movie and TV actor was killed in a tragic avalanche on Friday. He was at the Mountain High Ski Area located in the San Gabriel Mountains, which is near Los Angeles when the avalanche occurred.
With the news Chris Allport killed in an avalanche many people were shocked. It is extremely rare to have something like this happen in the San Gabriel Mountains. Many are blaming the avalanche on the three feet of snow fall the mountain has received in the last few days. Christopher Allport was not the only person killed from this incident. Michael McKay, an off-duty ski patrol member, and Darin Coffey were also killed.
With Chris Allport killed in the avalanche many people are now taking time to remember him and his accomplishments. He had roles in many movies during his 40 year acting career as well as had roles on it TV Shows such as ER, Matlock, and Felicity. He will be missed by many people especially his family.
