Beth Modica Has Sex With Son’s Hockey Teammates

Beth Modica has sex with son’s hockey teammates? The former Rockland County assistant district attorney, estranged wife of Spring Valley police Chief Paul Modica, and Hockey mother of four children plead not guilty in court yesterday. She was charged with having oral sex or sexual intercourse and provided alcohol and marijuana to two teenage boys that are on her son’s hockey team.
Beth Modica was handed a 35 count indictment that included 4 counts of third degree criminal sexual assault and one count of third degree rape. The list goes on as Beth Modica also faces four counts of third degree sexual abuse, 26 counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The judge set bail at $75,000 yesterday stating “I heard it. These are serious charges involving children in her community.” It was obvious the judge was not happy and did not take lightly the allegations brought before Mrs. Modica.
It is clear that Beth Modica is in a whole lot of trouble right now. There doesn’t seem to be any reasonable explanation either. Why would she be accused of something of this degree by kids if they were not true. This is a very sad story especially considering she is a mother of four children. What happens to people like this that causes they to believe these actions are ok and acceptable? It will be interesting to see how this case turns out.
