Randy Moss Restraining Order? The Patriots star wide receiver has been hit with a restraining order from Rachelle Washington. The Fort Lauderdale woman, 35, has alleged that Randy Moss beat her up and then prevented her from seeking medical attention back on January 6, 2008.

The Randy Moss restraining order was issued on Monday by the Broward County court. The order requires Randy Moss to stay at least 500 feet away from the alleged victim Rachelle Washington.

The Randy Moss restraining order news has the Pats wide receiver defending himself today. He talked about the situation this morning at Gillette Stadium by saying that he’s “never laid a hand on a woman in 30 years.” He also said that he wanted football fans to not jump to judgment against him. There is a court hearing that is scheduled for January 28, 2008. It will be interesting to see how this turns out in court. It is never a good thing to have allegations against you.
