Jessica Duran Nude Photos Lawsuit? This woman has filed a claim on Tuesday for $100,000 against the county her husband is in jail in.
The Jessica Duran nude photos were apparently taken by her and then mailed to her husband in jail. She is claiming that her civil rights and privacy were violated when the nude photos were distributed around. Sheriff Stan Hikey of the Mesa County jail has said that all mail is opened when it comes in to prevent contraband from getting into the jail house. He claims that the claim that has been filed is meritless.
The Jessica Duran nude photos have not surfaced on the internet as far as reports say, but it would not be surprising to see them pop up sometime soon. The woman claims that she has suffered emotional distress and humiliation because of the photos getting into the hands of other people. They were meant only for her husband, but it didn’t work out that way. If we hear anymore breaking news regarding this story we will provide an update.

Just to let EVERYONE know, this dumb a** is Jessicah SIX (SICK). She has been w/ the whole town of Grand Junction, and she DESERVES all of the humiliation. She is NASTY, and not a good role model to her daughter. Poor little girl, what an intelligent mother! And, to think she never let the real father of her daughter see her, but she has her around all KINDS of differet men- YUCK!
