MUFA Diet was featured on Good Morning America today. It is a new diet plan that focuses on the good fats called MUFA. Eating these types of fats is supposed to help keep your body from accumulating belly fat.
The MUFA Diet has five different categories of good fats. These include nuts and seeds, oils, chocolate, avocado, and olives. If you follow the flat belly diet plan you will eat one serving from one of these categories at every meal. This is supposed to help keep the bad fat away.
The MUFA Diet is also called the Flat Belly Diet. This diet really does work as there are a bunch of people that have already had success following this diet plan. You can find more information out at prevention.com. The diets claim to fame is the fact that by just eating right you can greatly increased your health, quality of life, and how long you will live. is there a daily menu plan or suggestions
what is the daily diet menu, or where can I find this
I think that this diet is great. I am getting ready for surgery next month and want to reduce the visceral fat (the bad kind)in my stomach area. I started this program on 03-12-08 and to date (03-20-08) I have lost 14 pounds and 2 inches off of my waist. The diet is very much like other programs as it promotes healthy eating but apparently the MUFA’s are the essential ingredient. And for whoever posted that the book doesn’t promote excercise then you DID NOT read the book! There are even pictures with the excercises in their own section . And they highly recommend that you walk or do some sort of aerobic excercise.
I saw an advertisement on CBS 5 news about the MUFA diet. Can you tell me how i can obtain this diet foodd please and where i can find it.
