Flat Belly Diet at FlatBellyDiet.com?  The Flat Belly Diet is getting a lot of attention because how it works.  It focuses on eating right and interesting enough it does not focus on exercise. 

The Flat Belly Diet at FlatBellyDiet.com has a motto that states “A Flat Belly is about food & attitude.  Period. (Not a single crunch required)  Many of you are probably thinking what a joke right?  Well that was my first thought also, but if you look into it more they really have achieved success with the diet plan. 

The Flat Belly Diet plan focuses on MUFA.  This is what those at FlatBellyDiet.com call “good fat.”  The five different categories of MUFA are oils, nuts and seeds, avocado, olives, and chocolate.  The diet claims that if you eat one serving from one of these categories at each meal it will help to reduce the accumulation of dangerous belly fat.  The Flat Belly Diet is legit and it really does make a lot of sense if you think about it.  If we hear any more information about flatbellydiet.com we will provide a breaking news update.

    I cannot not eat acidic foods and I’m limited to pine nuts, blueberrries, dates and pears. Will the diet work if I don’t eat the suggested foods. Are there other recipes I could use?
