Tyna Marie Robertson Loses lawsuit. A Superior Court judge has determined that Tyna Marie Robertson intentionally inflicted emotional distress and defamed Michael Flatley.
Tyna Marie Robertson accused Michael Flatley of raping her in 2002 in a Las Vegas hotel room. She had threatened to sue him unless he paid a settlement of at least seven figures. When he refused she filed for a $33 million lawsuit. This lady must have been pretty crazy to think she could sue someone after the police declined to press charges and Michael Flatley claimed the sex was consensual. If you don’t have the backing of the police it would be pretty hard to have credible evidence to win a lawsuit.
Tyna Marie Robertson is the ex-girlfriend of Brian Urlacher, linebacker for the Chicago Bears. She has also been in a court battle with him over child custody of there son. It seems seems was greedy for some money and it ended up backfiring on her as Michael Flatley has won a big lawsuit. He has stated that any money that is recovered for the lawsuit will be given to charity. If we hear any more breaking news about this story we will provide an update.
