Josie Smith Malave was a contestant on the “Top Chef” show that airs on Bravo. She was best known on the show for her unique personality. She is originally from Miami, Florida which she claims as her hometown. She currently lives in Brooklyn, New York though.
Josie Smith Malave claims that she has been a cook all of her life. She was a chef at Marlow and Sons, but no longer works there. She attended the AINYC Art Institute of New York City where she received her education.
