   some people really need to grow up!! who can be stupid enough to put those pictures of her accident on the internet! it really isnt funny! for the people that think its funny, YOU HAVE NO LIFE AND YOU REALLY NEED TO GROW UP, ITS CHILDISH, REALLY WHEN U SEND IT TO THE FAMILY, THATS MEAN AS HELK!! i mean yall think its cute and funny but just think what if that was u and it happened to u, u know damn well u wouldnt want that on the internet!! thats so naive! think about what u do before u do it! peace

   This is just something people should never be doing and I do not see why normal people would do such a thing! Those people should really devote their wasted time to help others instead of doing such horrible things to the deceased and the family. Doing such thing without telling who you are only shows how coward, insensitive, and empty you really are. Just sit down and imagine this, what do you think if someone did the same to you!!!??? If you honestly think you are OK with that, then do it!!! No human being would ever ok this! Well, those people who posted those photos, etc are just not human being!!!

   I want to know if the family can rightfully sue CHP for the photos being leaked, can the CHP officer sue the family for mental anguish for having to go be on that scene first-hand due to her irresponsibility? I’m sure the people that had to go see that first hand and had to CLEAN IT UP were just as hurt and distraught that a young person could make a stupid chioce that had an affect on so many ohter people. Not to be cold or heartless, but she died…..they have to live with it in their minds.

    she deserved it as got punished by disobayed her parents again and look what happened, she was left without her head. she shudnt have stolen the car, its all her fault.

    Honestly, who the hell do you people think you are saying that she deserved it. It was an ACCIDENT, no she shouldn’t have taken her dad’s car but no one deserves to die. So lets be a little more sypathetic here and not so rude. And who cares if you cant see the pictures just the knowledge of knowing how horribly someone died should be good enough. You dont need the pictures.

    I’ve seen the pictures the CHP took of the accident scene, and I can truthfully say that they are extremely graphic and show in detail the horrible consequences of an accident at 100+ mph.

    If you have children of driving age, I suggest that you show them the sequence of pictures and explain to them that this can be the end result of a moment of carelessness.

    Perhaps the graphic horror of it will make them stop and think. And maybe some good will come of this tragedy…

    My daughter was killed in a car accident in April of 2005 she was pulled over on the shoulder of the road helping a disabled motorist when another car hit her car at 70 mph, I would not want to see the gruesome pics of her accident spread all over the internet. My heart goes out to this family no one should have to see these kind of pics of their child.

    This is just horrible. I cannot believe that people would actually do something like this. Imagine if YOUR daughter died like that and then got emailed pictures of the accident!! I doubt you would be okay with it. For those of you who say she deserved it, that is just WRONG. She was just a teenager, and teenagers make bad mistakes all the time. Sometimes they end in a tragedy like with Nikki. But no matter what she did in her life, she did not deserve to have everyone see those pictures. Her parents did not deserve to see them. This is just sick.

    I at first was skeptical to look at these pictures of this sad tragedy, but then i thought to myself that I need to show my nieces and nephews, and my own two with my girlfriend (from previous) just how dangerous it is to operate a vehicle while traveling at high rates of speed….while this is very tragic i am sure for the family to see, i would hope that they find a little peace to know that these pictures are going to change alot of young drivers views on driving and driving at high rates of speed…your daughter’s pictures before and after, has saved lives..I can guarantee you that..It has even made me think about my driving and to be a little less anxious to get somewhere so fast…I hope you dont find this too disturbing of a point of view and i dont mean to be disrespectful…

    This story is so shocking and so horrifying! What is wrong with these people who worked in the Ca state patrol office? They not only should be fired but sued until they have but pennies…this is disgusting,cruel and sad…this family like any family isnt perfect…their daughter ended up making a horrible decision where drugs were involved and it cost her,her life…im so saddened and sickened by humanity and others who were so incredibly unkind to do this and spread those pictures…my heart and prayers are with this family Bree
