Lee Haney is most well known for bodybuilding and being Mr. Olympia. In fact he currently is tied for holding the record of most titles won with eight. He was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina in 1959.
Lee Haney currently has a website called LeeHaney.com where he offers help tips as well as offers nutritional products for sale. He has some different packages depending on whether you are just trying to get in shape or are actually planning to compete in bodybuilding.
Lee Haney graduated from Southern University in Child Psychology. He currently has his own television program entitled “TotaLee Fit with Lee Haney.” The show is interesting because he not only provides fitness advice he also provides spiritual advice. It seems like that could be an effective combination. It’s good to see that he is doing something to help better other people’s lives.
