Dartford Cemetery Wisconsin. This is a cemetery located in Green Lake, Wisconsin. It is said to be a haunted cemetery with ghosts.
Dartford Cemetery has cement made mausoleum that apparently has weird things happen while you climb up on top of it. Some people have reported being pushed off the top of it by something. Others have reported really weird feelings while being there and seeing shadows move between headstones.
The Dartford Cemetery Wisconsin would be a pretty scary place to go if you are interested in that type of thing. If you are scared of cemeteries you might want to take someone with you that can handle that type of stuff so you are not alone. Wow that is really scary did you know also when a box at the cemetery has been cracked children spirits will haunt you???
Well i heard when you sit on it a crack will appear and then a little after that you’ll be pushed off but i’m not sure thats why in a few months i’m going to check it out with my friends.People also say when you walk through it at nigt you’ll see dead children and hear them playing.
I just watched the “hauntings” show on tv and I have to say this cemetery sounds pretty scarry. However we have our own cemetery here in michigans Upper peninsula, it is privately owned and the name is Chapman Cemetery and would scare the hell out of anyone who dares to venture in. I did it once with my daughter & some friends for something to do, if it scared me, trust me itll scare anyone. I have several pictures to proove something is in that cemetery. And to think I was a “non believer” not any more!
I too just watched it, having had dealings with spirits myself, it made the hairs stand up on the back of my neck. I believe that all cemetaries are haunted to some degree, why would’nt they be? it is a finale resting place. Death is not finale as we may belive it to be, we simply enter into another realm or level so to speak.
To all the fine people reading this, I have a family member named Frank Cassiday buried in the dartford cemetary. I have heard that people have seen a man matching his discription near a cript.
I realy want to go for myself. My Dad says that Frank had died of unknown causes in 1958. Has any one seen a man in firemans dress uniform there?

i watched A Haunting one time and the story about the Dartford Cemetary it was sooo creepy i think that place is haunted i would never want to go there at night i would freak out bigtime but i think theres negative spirits there and it could be very dangerous but for daredevils if u want 2 go go ahead.

I am watching the show on the discovery channel right now. Oh oy I had no idea about this cementary. My sister lives in Montello just right by green lake (my kids go there in the summer). My son says I don’t want to go back now it is scary. I told my sister about it maybe she will check it out.
I saw the show again and it seem to be really scarey and haunted. Good luck to all that want to venture there. Some things are better left alone and this place sounds like it would be best to do that. An opinion from Kentucky.
Ive been their during the day. Its kinda creepy.Some of the stuff they showed on the Discovery channel hasent filmed their.Its on a back road with no buildings around.no street lites,theres no house across the street.What is arcross the street is the new side of the cemetery.Also some of the stones they showed ive never seen.no crack either
there is NO SUCH THING AS GHOSTS!!! I am a christian and there is no such thing as ghosts only demons that portray as ghosts of the deceased. You actually have a belief in ghosts. I know that I don’t believe in ghosts.
I watched this on the discovery channel… and I look forward to visiting there, but at my age, it’s doubtful I’ll ever make it. However, there are three cemetaries located on the base, Cherry Point, North Carolina. The one cemetary, which is located at the end of Runway, I think was one-nine, but not sure after all these years. However, if I remember right, you enter off of 101 and look for the eye. (The eye is a light, {the old style Runway directional light} that may not still be there.) Then sit between the eye and the Runway and wait for nightfall. It is said, that the spirits you see there were disturbed when they put the Runway in. ;D
PS: sit with your back to the light, and face the runway.
OMG!! even though i live in New Hampshire and now Wisconsin I still have stuff haunting me.. like just a min ago it sounded like some1 threw something at my window but when i went to my window and looked i saw no children and no snowball or rock or etc.. OMG IM SCARED xD

there are seven different levels or phases of what we may go threw when each of us die.some we can control some we cant you have to go threw you’re own way,it sounds like these hauntings are people that are in the one of the early levels after are bodies dies the spirit leaves the body to go threw these levels some go straight to the creator others go threw levels and can go no farther until the creator decides who’s spirit will join him and the angels in everlasting life.
Does any one have any information on the Indian Chief that is supposed to be buried there?
I just watched the hauntings, and I believe it would be really cool to see, but not smart at all. First of all just screwing around with spirts, and ticking them off isn’t a good idea. And me being a full on Catholic, knowing it’s not a good idea to mess around wtih them, espically they can do stuff to you, they are all DEMONS, do some research on demons and all that stuff before you go, not a good idea.
Sprits do not reside in cemeteries - dead bodies do.

My Grandfather told me that there was a square shaped building that is in Dartford. He said that if you sit there on the roof for more than 10 minutes, you will be somewhat pushed off!

I dont believe this. Spirits may exist but ghosts dont. They haunt only the one who believes in them.

My grandfather told me that when he was young, He been to the cemetery once. He was there alone and he went to sit on top of the mausoleum, Nothing pushed him off but he said there was something watching him from all directions…
I went there with my friends but we left as soon as we open the gate xD… We all felt what was like a gust of very cold wind blowing in our direction. Almost like standing right below the air-conditioner at 16 degree celsius. But it sure is a good place if you really like such stuff xD
yea im watching the haunting show and after hearing this story i have to check it out i never have had any ghostly expiriences in my life and i think it would be awsome to see if this is true or not
I visited Dartford cemetery after watching it on A hunting. I figured i only live 2 hours away so i thought i would go and pay it a visit. Their is something their but i think people are blowing up their stories. It is a weird place I did see some unexplained shadows, outlines of people and voices
But nothing to the extent of what i saw on A hunting. As for the mausoleum its a hoax. I sat on it for about an hour and a half with my Brother. We did see shadows moving. We did hear childrens voices and at times even a females voice. Me personaly i saw its haunted but the spirits in their are not violent enough to push you off the mausoleum. just to keep in mind THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE AT DARTFORD CEMETERY. OTHER PEOPLE EXPERIENCE DIFFERENT THINGS.

Well, I actually know alot about ghost! One of them lives here in my house. I don’t like it though because any part of the house I go, he goes! I’ve seen him b4 so I should know. He pops up unexpectedly and I get really scared. When I go 2 bed, I see him looking at me by the door! I felt like I was going to PEE! (I didn’t) but no one believes me… :< keep ur eyes open… There everywere! No joke!

i also saw the segment on the haunting,.scared me bad, and i dont scare easily..im the one who scares people for fun..lol..anyway,now that i will be moving up there, i will definitley be checking this one out..i love watching shows on the paranormal,and ghosts, and spirits..this one could be the one thing to scare me more than anything has before…except michael myers…lol
My husband Kim and I (my name is “Kym” too) saw the Dartford cemetery on A Haunting; we are only about an hour from Green Lake; we decided to wait for a while before we went to check it out; we figured a lot of people would be checking out the cemetery after the show. After we figured things had died down (no pun intended!); we drove to Green Lake; we walked around the cemetery at night (the old part where Chief Highknocker is buried); we did not see anything with our naked eye; however I was able to capture a photo with 3 entities visible. The photo was taken with the mausoleum in the background; when we returned home that night I looked at the photos we had taken; we enlarged the one with the mausoleum; there we saw the three entities; one for sure looks to be Chief Highknocker; the other is of a little girl; and the third looks like a boy; possibly a teenager. We were there from 8 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.; we plan on going back again; this time I will not only take more photos; but I will have my digital recorder with; I hope to catch some EVP’s. Some asked about Chief Highknocker on this site; he died in a drowning accident; just google him; it will tell the story. BTW; we sat on the mausoleum for a while; did not get pushed off; however I asked the spirit/spirits not to as I didn’t want to break any bones! As a side note; I have had more haunting experiences than I can count; every house I’ve lived in; there has been paranormal activity; I’ve seen entities; heard them and have been touched by them. I believe they are drawn to me because I am extremely open to them; I have only felt fear once and that was when an entity laid on top of me; I felt the heaviness; I was pinned down; I felt it was a male; I could not scream verbally; so inside my head I yelled “GET OFF OF ME”!!!! It did. There is most definitely life after death; we are made up of energy (this is what is referred to as the soul); this energy moves on when our physical body dies; I’ve had too many experiences to believe otherwise. There is a very thin veil between the spiritual world and the physical world; I believe that we are getting closer to closing the gap between the two; the more aware we become; the more sensitive; the more we believe; the closer we are getting. Children are completely innocent and do SEE spirits; however most parents scoff it off as imaginary; or “Ghosts don’t exist; it’s a bunch of bologna” etc…that is why as children grow up they are usually skeptical adults; my Mother encouraged my beliefs; she too grew up with lot’s of paranormal activity. I have 7 brothers and sisters; all of us has had experiences. It is so fascinating! I need to check this out for myself. I went to many places that were said to be haunted, did not see anything. I’am a believer, I seen someone when I was 12 years old,my Grandfather who I never met. This was my only time, and it was very real and unforgetable. I will be alone and I will write back to tell if anthing happend. Wish me luck! Joe
i do beileive in ghost, and i do want to go to green lake some time and go in the grave yard (dartford cemetary)at nite and sit on the grave stone that some say is haunted. even though im 11 years old i want to visit it.my parents also say that there is no such things as ghosts.
i was just watching the haunting and it was on there so i thought i would check it out and i live in wisconsin witch really creaps me out and iam going to be 13 and what is really weird is that my dad when he was a teen he went champing by it with some friends and my dad stayed behind to watch the stuff with like 1 other friend wile 2 left and they came back scared lol wow like 17 and 18 year olds getting scared wow scary and plus i think my house is haunted cuz my tv chanles change by them selfs scary light flicker and it gets really cold even though all windows doors are closed and ACs are off!!!
