Curious George Recall

Curious George Recall has now gone into effect. The Curious George toys are made by Marvel Toys. The company is pulling the toys off shelves because they apparently contain too much lead in the surface paint on the toys. The recall affects around 200,000 toys that are currently on toy shelves.
The Curious George Recall is for the Curious George plush dolls. They were made in five different models which all have a plastic face. The biggest issue is that the toys were sold for a long period of time prior to being recalled. They were sold from 2005 to 2007 in stores around the country. Many of them were sold with Curious George activity books or story books.
Curious George recall comes amid many recalls that are taking place across the country. Many of the recalls having to do with toys made in China. Marvel Toys had these toys manufactured in China like many of the other recalls that have gone into effect. We will provide you with any breaking news updates regarding this story.
