Atlanta Douche Bag? What the heck is an Atlanta Douche Bag? I suppose it is someone from Atlanta that has been called a Douche Bag.
So if this is the case, the Atlanta Douche Bag is something that has negative qualities or specifically a low intelligence. In order for this person to have made the news he must have done something very stupid.
