Nick Bollea Arrested

Nick Bollea arrested for reckless driving. The 17 year old was involved in a street racing crash during this last summer which caused a passenger in his car to become critically injured. He turned himself into authorities on Wednesday for the incident.
Nick Bollea is the son of famous wrestler Hulk Hogan. The crazy thing is that they are charging him as an adult even though he is still a juvenile. He does not have any prior criminal record which makes it very odd they would pursue this as an adult case.
A spokesperson for the family of Nick Bollea provided a statement saying that they have evidence to prove that it was indeed an accident. The passenger in the accident that is injured is comatose at Bayfront Medical Center. Authorities are also charging him with using a motor vehicle in commission of a felony, illegal window tinting, and driving under the age of 21 with a blood alcohol level of .02. It seems like Nick Bollea is in a whole lot of hot water right now. We will update you with any news updates regarding this case.
