Smith Center High School scored an amazing 72 points in the first quarter of their football game played Tuesday night.
Smith Center High School now holds the high school record for most points scored ever in one quarter. The crazy thing about this football team is that they have outscored their opponents 640-0 this season. So either there team is freaking awesome or their competition is horrible. Either way they are putting up amazing numbers.
The game Tuesday night was against Plainville High School. Smith Center reportedly forced six turnovers in the first quarter to help them get to the 72 points. I highly doubt the record they set will ever be broken. We will update you with any breaking news regarding the school.
