Craigslist Murder is what they are calling the murder of Katherine Olsen. Her full name is Katherine Ann Olsen and she had replied to an ad on Craigslist regarding a nanny position. The Minnesota woman was found dead in the trunk of her car that was parked in Burnsville.
Craigslist Murder is a first says the founder of the widely popular Craisglist.org. He provided a statement saying that to his knowledge this is the first time anything of this nature has ever happened. The parents of Katherine Olsen, 24, have said that their daughter had taken at least two other nanny positions from online ads such as the one on Craigslist. They said that one of them was even in Turkey.
The Craigslist Murder suspect is currently in custody although he has not been officially charged yet, the police feel they have the right suspect. The 19 year old suspect from Savage apparently is the one who created the ad that was published on Craigslist. Police have yet to release his name until that have officially charge him with the murder.
