Nick Manning LA Exotique Face Eviction

Nick Manning LA Exotique are facing eviction from their new store location. The store that has just recently opened is under fire from one of the other tenants in the building as well as LA Exotique’s landlord. Nick Manning is a part owner in the store and he is a big reason for the controversy.
Nick Manning and the store LA Exotique are being sued for eviction. This is coming from their landlord Ventura-Louise Partners. Nick Manning claims that the reason for the lawsuit and eviction is because he is an adult star. He says that his business partner Dean Sussman and himself worked very hard to make sure that the store was zoned properly as the lingerie store. Manning says this was done properly because of the small amount of adult products that the store has.
Nick Manning is asking anyone that can help them to step-up and help them out. They are currently halfway through the eviction notice and only have 20 days left until the doors will be closed up. LA Exotique will lose out on the 90,000 advanced rent money already paid if they lose. Nick Manning and Dean Sussman are currently working with lawyers to try and get the situation worked out.
