Excused Absense Network? What the heck is this? Well it is exactly what it sounds like, it is a new company that is providing excused absense notes for students as well as employees. The Excused Absense Network sales the templates for these notes for $25 a piece. This allows the buyer to download the templates onto their computer. The templates look like notes from hospitals and doctors offices and you can even fake jury summons notices or funeral service programs.

Excused Absense Network can be found at myexcusedabsense.com and I believe there server may have just crashed as the website was not accessible. Due to the controversial nature of what they are charging people to do, I would not be surprised if they have had to remove their website in the last couple of days.

Excused Absense Network is probably not ethical or even legal for that matter. They are dealing with fake documents and from my understanding it is illegal to sale anything that is of a fake nature. You can not impersonate something else. It makes sense why this is the case because it will decrease the value of real doctors notes and real jury summons. Schools will stop accepting these as real forms of excuse notes. What do you think about this issue? Is it right? Should the company be allowed to continue business?
