Desiree Farooz is the crazy women that confronted the Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. The crazy women Desiree Farooz got into the face of Condoleezza Rice flashing her hands in front of her face. Desiree Farooz had red paint all over her hands.

Desiree Farooz had supposedly painter her hands to make a statement. Her group, CodePink, claims that the members of President Bush’s cabinet have blood on their hands. CodePink believes this because of they way they have handled the Iraq War.

Desiree Farooz approached Condoleezza Rice in the hearing room where she was scheduled to testify in front of the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
