Carmella Decesare is Jeff Garcia Wife. Jeff Garcia is a quarterback in the NFL for the Tampa Bay Bucs. Carmella Decesare is a former Playboy Playmate. She was named Playboy Playmate of the month in April of 2003 and was named Playboy Playmate of the year in 2004.
Carmella Decesare got married to quarterback Jeff Garcia in April of 2007. A very interesting couple if you ask me. Jeff Garcia does not look like he belongs with Carmella Decesare.

I think she’s seriously hot and he wanted a hot young girl. Also, women mature really rapidly and who she is now and who she will be I can guarantee are two different people. While I am not necessarily comfortable with what runs through someones head posing naked, maybe that’s because I never had her body. Maybe if I had her body I’d want to show it off, I don’t know. But I think she’s still too young to know who she is and especially in that relationship. On the same note, I hope they make it, because I think it’s wonderful when people commit to each other and there will be ups and downs, either way, I hope they stick it out. My husband in 12 years older than me and I can say that when I turned 30, was a rough time in our relationship, we wanted very different things which was just my needing to gain emotional maturity. He was patient with me, and that’s definitely why we’ve made it so far. I think he’s a good guy and I think she wants to be a good girl even though she has a ridiculously hot shell and looks like a bad girl :).
He will keep her grounded. If what she wanted was committment and stability than that is what she will get!
