Gary Collins Arrested For DUI

Gary Collins arrested for DUI after an accident. The accident involved Gary Collins and an 89 year old man. Apparently the 89 year old man, driving a Toyota, failed to yield to oncoming traffic and crashed into Gary Collins vehicle, a Ford Explorer. After being hit by the Toyota Collins cars smashed into two other cars that were parked.
Gary Collins was not cited nor at fault the accident. However, after police arrived the smelled alcohol on his breath. Police administered a field sobriety test which he failed. He was then booked for a DUI which is a misdemeanor in California.
Gary Collins was not injured in the accident however the 89 year old man was injured and is in critical condition at a local hospital. He made bail at $40,000 and will await his arraignment scheduled for November 16. He is most notably known for his work on TV shows “The Home Show” and “Hour Magazine.” It just seems like more and more celebrities seem to think they can get away with driving under the influence of alcohol. Do you think they will ever learn? Gary Collins is very lucky someone was not killed and extremely lucky he was not the cause of this accident.
