Gary Zerola arrested in Miami Beach and booked into the Miami-Dade County Jail. He was arrested for allegedly drugging a college student and raping her. The incident occurred last Friday night after Gary Zerola went to a nightclub in Miami Beach. Gary Zerola was charged with sexual battery.
Gary Zerola is a defense attorney from Boston that is already under fire for two sexual attacks in the Boston area that he is facing trial for. The first incident took place in 2004. Gary Zerola was charged with rape, indecent assault and battery, and procuring alcohol for a minor. The second incident involved Zerola forcing himself on a women, he then forced her dress off of her before she ran into the hallway naked. He then covered her mouth and threw her onto the ground. He then forced her back into the apartment where he slammed her head against a wall. Gary Zerola then fled before police arrived at the apartment. He is most notably known for his appearance in people magazine as one of the most eligible bachelors at the time. Zerola was a candidate to be on the show “The Bachelor,” produced by ABC. He is also well known for his worth for foster kids.
Gary Zerola has really screwed his life up and has many legal battles ahead of him. For the things he has done he will likely spend many many years in prison. It seems like that is going to be the best place for him as it is obvious he cannot control himself and will likely be facing trial for not two incidents but three.
