Tommy Urbanski Lawsuit Adam Pacman Jones

Tommy Urbanski lawsuit was filed today in Law Vegas according to Tommy Urbanski’s lawyer. He is suing the NFL, the Tennessee Titans, and Adam Pacman Jones for being paralyzed in a strip club shooting.
Tommy Urbanski is blaming the three parties for being paralyzed for life from the shooting. Back in February there was shooting and melee at the Minxx Gentleman’s Club in Las Vegas. This is where Tommy Urbanski was shot. The lawsuit apparantely also includes the owners of a strip club in Houston called the Harlem Knights as they are the ones that rented out the Minxx Gentleman’s Club.
The damages saught in the Tommy Urbanski lawsuit were not specified in the information that was released. I am assuming that it is most likely an astronomical amount considered all the parties that are involved in the lawsuit. Adam Pacman Jones lawyer stated “There’s no basis in fact for suing the NFL and the Titans.” His lawyer also denied that Adam Pacman Jones has anything at all to do with the incident.
From the Tommy Urbanski incident Adam Pacman Jones seeks a whole slew of legal battles. He is facing two felony charges claiming that he instigated the mellee and shooting incident as well as two seperate civil charges. This isn’t the only problems Adam Pacman Jones has had either, the NFL suspended him for the 2007 season for violation of the personal conduct policy.
Tommy Urbanski does deserve something for what happened to him. I do not believe the NFL or the Tennessee Titans can be held responsible for this incident and I highly doubt will be by the court. If there is any news updates on this case will be sure to let you know.
