Janet Dudley Eshbach is the President of a University in Maryland called Salisbury University.  She is in hot water this morning for the some photos and captions she had on her Facebook profile.  Janet Dudley Eshbach had posted photos that included captions that said some very strange things.

One photo shows her daughter and a Hispanic man and Janet is holding a stick that is pointed at them and had a caption stating ”beat off Mexicans because they were constantly flirting with my daughter.”

Janet Dudley Eshbach should know better than to post such things on the Internet.  She should have known someone would find it and raise questions.  That’s what always happens when your in an authority position on well known in a community.  If you are a normal person no one would ever care.  So people in authority positions cannot do things others normally would.  It’s not fair that people can’t just leave things like this along but for what ever reason they never do.

Janet Dudley Eshbach has now removed her Facebook profile and the school has issued a statement following questions raised by WBOC-TV.  Here is the statement released by the school, “Many of us are learning about the positives and negatives of pubic networking sites such as Facebook.  I regret that some of these family vacation photos, with captions that were only intended to be humorous, were included on Facebook.”

It is not yet clear if there will be any disciplinary action taken against Janet Dudley Eshbach.  We will keep you updated on any new news.
