Abyss Creations is the manufacture of “RealDolls”. Abyss Creations makes these dolls to resemble an anatomically person. These dolls are considered to be real life sex dolls. Abyss Creations has recently created one doll that plays a role in an upcoming movie called Lars and The Real Girl. This film is a comedy about a guy that is a loner and has gotten this doll to be his companion. The main character played by Ryan Gosling uses the doll for his affection or to just hang out with. The doll’s name is Bianca and is made from a silicon that is very soft and is very similar to flesh.
Abyss Creations states that it can take up to 80 hours to create one of these dolls and then tend to cost upwards of $6500 a piece. They say you can get one with different dimensions such as varying height and weight.
A write named Rob McKay purchased two of these dolls from Abyss Creations and says they are basically like “teddy bears for adults.” He also says that the dolls help to reduce feelings of solitude as he has not had a girlfriend since 2001. “Just having her there to hug or just to have somebody close y, even though it’s not, obviously, a warm body.”
Abyuss Creations said that they plan to make about 400 of these dolls this year. With the publicity they will get from the film with Bianca in it, I would not be surprised if their sales jump up. Don’t be surprised to see more about them in the news.
