National Bosses Day

National Bosses Day is today, for those of you that did not know or forgot. Now this holiday could be a good opportunity for you to show appreciation to your boss, if you like your boss that is or are working on a promotion. If you don’t care for your boss then National Bosses Day could be more of a drag or a very awkward situation.
If you like your boss then you will definitely want to get him a card or something of that nature for National Bosses Day. You may want to read your companies handbook, if they have one, to see what kind of gifts are acceptable. Some companies don’t allow you to spend more than a certain dollar amount or it could violate their policies.
If you don’t like your boss then National bosses day most likely will be very awkward. I say this because how are you going to decide whether you should get him or her something. If you don’t like your boss then you most likely won’t want to waste the money on a stupid card or something else that would show your appreciation. You might find that if everyone else in your office gets your boss something you might look really bad if you are the odd person out.
Just remember today is National Bosses Day and I will leave it up to you to decide whether your boss is worth showing appreciation to and don’t forget you need to keep your job. We don’t want to read about you in the news.
