Jorja Fox leaving CSI? Who would have thought, the show is a big success but it appears that Jorja Fox wants to take her life and her career in a different direction. Jorja Fox plays Sara Sidle on CSI Las Vegas.
Jorja Fox is going to make her last appearance on the show next month. It will be her final episode as Sara Sidle and she goes on to pursue different things. If you recall the season premiere for this season left some speculation on whether she would even be alive. So to hear news like this you almost wonder if it would have been better for CSI to have had things go a little differently in that opening episode. Jorja Fox has finished filming for this season of CSI Las Vegas.
Jorja Fox had the following comments to say in regards to leaving “If I thought the show were on its last legs, I would have tried harder to stay the course,” she also said “But I feel like it’s going to be around for a while, so if I don’t want some of those dreams to pass me by, I have to get off the ride for a while.”
Jorja Fox has been on the show since it premiered and it will be sad to see her go. The show definitely won’t be the same without her. Hopefully CBS and CSI Las Vegas can come up with something that will make up for this loss. I suppose we will have to wait and see. If there is any new news about her possibly changing her mind.

Good riddens…boring character. Nothing to build on. Not sexually attractive to potentially string any love interest along anyways.
Jorja, learn house to spell ‘ridence.’ She had more spine than the Eads character.
I really liked Sara i thought she brought something different to the show than the others because of her past with her family and the way she acted towards victims or suspects. i think she had the right attitude and would have liked to have seen more of her and to see her deal with the issues that developed in the latest episodes.
i thought that she brought a different attitude to the show that someone like Catherine who to me seems a pretty insignificant character though thats just my opinion and others may like her and im not bad mothing those that do she just always got on my nerves.
i would have liked to have seen more of Sara and Grissom now that they were finally together but… oh well.
Jorja had a quality of acting we liked. She seemed to care for the victims esprcially the young women and young kids. I know it was in the script but it seemed so natural. The Sara and Grisson thing added a good quality to the show especially among all the gruesome stuff, it did not seem like a soap to me, it just added a touch to keep a lot of people watching. The Cathrine and Ed and her kid thing went on too long and was like a soap opera more than what Sara had with Grissom.
csi wont be the same without her she made the show what it is today and itll just go downhill without her !! im a huge fan and wont be watching csi as much now that i know shes leaving !!
