Christina Applegate and Samantha Who?

Christina Applegate stars in a new comedy called “Samantha Who?“. The basic premise for the show is that Christina Applegate, who plays Samantha in the show, wakes up from an 8 day coma and finds out that she does not have a memory of her previous life. Christina Applegate then slowly begins learn about who she use to be and the more she finds out about who she use to be the less she likes who she used to be.
“Samantha Who?” premiers on Monday night on ABC at 9:30 pm. The case includes Jean Smart who plays Christina Applegate’s mother and Jennifer Esposito who plays Sam’s best friend. Other cast members include Tim Russ who plays Samantha’s doorman and Melissa McCarthy who plays Samantha’s long lost school mate. And last but not least we have Barry Watson who plays Christina Applegate’s boyfriend who goes by Todd on the show.
It will be interesting to see how many people tune in to watch tonight as the show could do well or it could flop. At this point it is really a guessing game, “Samantha Who?” might not have enough depth to interest most viewers and after a few episodes ABC might be regretting putting it on the air. We will see how long Christina Applegate can keep this show watchable.
