How to find the Halo 3 Black Eye skull? It is located on the second level which is called Crow’s Nest. The skull is located at the beginning of the level in the room that the level starts in. If you look up you will see some piping hanging down from the ceiling. On top of this piping is where the Black Eye Skull is located. You can get on top of the piping several different ways so it should be easiest enough for you to figure out.
Black Eye Skull Effect:
What will happen when this skull is active? When you lose your shield it will not automatically recharge. The only way to get it back is to melee an enemy.
